Luttrell Staffing Group is Hiring a Regional Director Near Kingsport, TN

The Regional Director develops and executes business strategies to enable the growth and profitability of the company by overseeing the management, operations, and business development of the region assigned.

Details: 

  • Full-time, M-F, 8am-5pm.
  • Salaried, Exempt. 
  • PTO, Holiday Pay, and Insurance.
  • Assigned Territory: Region 4.

Objective:

To grow assigned territory through new sales and process improvements, ultimately uncovering additional opportunities to grow vertically and geographically with clients and prospects, as needed.

  • Provide leadership support, serving as the main point of contact for assigned branches.
  • Assess hiring needs of branch offices, being involved in decision-making process for new hires and terminations.
  • Conduct L10 calls with the assigned region.
  • Prospect List for Key Accounts in Region.
  • Prepare, schedule, and present QBRs to Legacy Accounts.
  • Foster an environment of cultivating talent by recognizing training needs, providing coaching, carrying out disciplinary action, and developing internal staff’s skills to the next level.
  • Work with Business Development team to form prospect lists and generate new business through outside sales.
  • Ability to track their BDMs prospect lists and activity to ensure progress through the sales funnel.
  • Interface with clients and prospects on a regular basis (no less than 5 meetings per week and no less than 20 per month); with the goal of client meetings being to assess the quality of service, growth opportunities, areas of improvement, etc.
  • Develop and execute service strategies for existing and prospective clients, measured by growth and/or contraction in each market.
  • Develop and implement a recruiting plan for different verticals.
  • Manage Branch Managers and staff to deliver assigned metrics through weekly one-on-ones and monthly scorecard reviews.
  • Maintain or exceed the target Gross Margin and 6.5% CM for branches assigned.
  • Oversee and manage branch AR and Collection efforts.
  • Manage and analyze profit and loss statements, developing strategies to maximize profitability and minimize costs.
  • Must possess excellent communication skills to address issues promptly and professionally with clients, staff, and shared services team.
  • Actively attend networking events and functions in assigned branches.
  • Manage calendar to interface with assigned branches on a regular and expected basis; must visit all assigned branches on a quarterly basis; more frequent visits required in branches not meeting CM goals.
  • Receivables over 45 days past due should be less than 4% of total receivables.
